Walking and Talking

So now that I'm one year old I figured I'd better start walking more and crawling less. I also have a lot more to say about my life experiences and talk constantly.

I want to say thank you to everyone for all the birthday wishes and gifts. I can't wait for my big party this weekend so I can show off my walking and talking skills.

Happy Birthday to Me!!

Well today is the big day, my first birthday! Yay me! I am walking, talking and eating like a big girl. We celebrated with a cake and you'll notice I have no clothes on. Well that's because it was 99 degrees here and I was too hot to wear clothes. It worked out well anyway because when I got cake all over me it was easy for mommy to wash me off:).

This coming weekend we're having my big blowout party in San Jose with all of our friends. I can't wait! In the meantime, enjoy my photos. I included one of me the day I was born. I've come a long way, baby!

Fun With Grandma and Grandpa

My Grandma and Grandpa from Boston arrived this weekend and we are having so much fun! Yesterday we took them to Snoqualmie Falls and then later in the day we took our dogs down to the Snoqualmie River so they could run around in the water. I had as much fun as they did walking around in the river and watching daddy skip rocks.

Today we went to Mt. Rainier and it was so beautiful. Tomorrow we're going shopping for birthday presents for me because I'll be one year old in two days!! Go me!
More pictures of our week to come.

Busy Beaver

Mom and Dad think its so funny how I like to drag and push my walking toys around. This time I decided to push both of them at the same time. I like to multi-task like my mom.

Learning to clap

I finally learned to clap on my own. It all happened suddenly on the flight home from Cape Cod. When the plane touched down on the runway in Seattle mommy was saying "Yay, we're home" and I just started clapping. I guess I was really happy to see my daddy and wanted to impress him.
